The professionalism and proficiency of its staff is matched by their friendliness as well as willingness to accommodate changes and requests. Paradigm's recommendation of Cathay Pacific as the airline made the almost 20 hour flight a pleasant experience. CP has multiple lounges at the Hong Kong stop over allowing their passengers to chose one that is nearest one's gate - optimizing the experience at their lounge.
